Ingredients: New Zealand Solar Salt, Fines Herbes, Seasonal Farm Flowers (marigold, pineapple sage, blue sage and fennel pollen). The salt is packaged in a grinder jar so pop the lid, turn upside down and season your food!
Color and flavor burst with this divine, herby salt blend. Fines Herbes sourced from our farm (and another nearby sustainable farm) are the base flavor for this salt. Orange, red, blue and yellow flower hues add brilliant pops of color and delicate flavor additions. This salt is primarily used as a finishing salt as we want color on our plate! We use this salt on fish and chicken, eggs of any type, potatoes and all veggies.
