Flaming Hibiscus Flower


2 oz. White Rum

1.5 oz  Tryon Mountain Farms Hibiscus Flower Simple Syrup

3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

2 tsp. Rum 151



Place all ingredients except 151 rum in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for a few seconds to chill. Strain into a cocktail glass. Place a cocktail spoon over the surface of the cocktail and carefully layer the rum 151 over the cocktail. Carefully light the cocktail and enjoy the ambiance. Be sure to completely extinguish the flame and test the temperature of the cocktail glass rim prior to imbibing!
