Hibiscus Paloma


1 grapefruit wedge

2oz fresh grapefruit juice

1/2oz lime juice

1oz  Tryon Mountain Farms  Spicy Hibiscus Simple Syrup

2oz tequila

2oz club soda

Tryon Farms Lavender White Wine salt for Garnish


Grind salt on a small plate.Rub rim of a highball glass with grapefruit wedge and dip the rim of the glass in the salt.

Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, and hibiscus flower simple syrup in glass.

Stir to combine.

Stir in tequlia and add ice cube.

 Top off with club soda and garnish  with grapefruit wedge.
