Lavender Hibiscus Gin and Tonic
2 oz. Gin
3 oz. Tonic Water (to taste)
1-2 oz. Lavender Hibiscus Simple Syrup
1 oz. Lemon
in a shaker filled with ice combine the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and tonic water. Shake until chilled and strain into a glass. Garnish with lemon wedge and lavender sprig if desired.
